Return Policy

We accept returns of domestic orders within 14 days of the date the order was delivered.

Returns will be subject to a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

All products must be returned unwashed, unworn and in their original condition and with all tags attached. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.

For international returns, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Follow the steps at the portal to request your return. Please include the original order packing slip in the return package. Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Using the provided label, you may drop off your package at any Post Office or USPS location.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@shoplavoute.com. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

While our goal is to only bring you items in excellent condition, there are some items that have minor expected aging that comes along with vintage clothing and accessories.   Pease thoroughly check the photos for any possible flaws as we will always be upfront and honest about the condition of our items.
